What to Expect From the Masterclass
The latest statistics show that 88% of UK households own a computer, 97% own a television and 9 out of 10 individuals carry a smartphone, so, understandably, our children are now spending an average of six hours per day in front of a screen.
While there are many benefits to our increasingly interconnected world, this increase in screen time can lead to a range of side effects, such as irritability, low moods, depression, anger and anxiety, issues that are all on the rise among our young people.
However, there is a way to help – our Combat Screen Harm and Addiction Masterclass will teach you the fundamentals of screen addiction and offer some practical tips and advice to help you and your children break free from the chains of your screens.
Don’t miss this valuable opportunity to take charge of the screen habits of yourself and your children. Register now for free and learn how to create a balanced and mindful approach to technology!

Who are Rebel Therapies?
Rebel Therapies was founded to address the pitfalls of the largely unregulated online environment. Since the widespread adoption of tablets, phones, and other technologies, our way of life has dramatically changed. While there are many benefits, unchecked screen time can have devastating effects on our society, our interactions with each other and our children in particular.
Our story began in 2013 when our Founder and CEO, Munur Shah, an entrepreneur, business mentor, and life coach, faced his own challenges with screen addiction, which negatively impacted those around him.
Determined to make a difference, Munur started researching the effects of intrusive technologies on our thoughts, emotions, and relationships, with a particular focus on online bullying.
Our team of behavioural specialists and parents shares a commitment to raising public awareness about these issues, and our Combat Screen Harm & Addiction Masterclass will offer you advice and practical tips to overcome an overreliance on screens.
